Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trendy Smart Tech! If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 15-30 days from the date of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 15-30 days (depending on the Item) from the date of delivery. Returns outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Authorization: Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization (RA) number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required for all returns. Please include this information when contacting us to initiate the return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return and retaining proof of postage.

Refund Process: Once your return is accepted & approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase in 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too after we process your return.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to final sale items, perishable goods, and personalized or customized items.
